Our eight contemporary hiring spaces include a 400 seat auditorium which features advanced audio-visual equipment; foyer; a fully equipped semi-industrial kitchen; smaller multi-purpose rooms with flexible configurations, and a contemporary café space.

THE AUDITORIUM

Our brand-new state of the art auditorium can seat up to 500 guests and is fitted with a professionally designed sound system solution, specifically tailored for productions and performances at a high standard. This system can meet a wide range of audio-visual requirements – including everything from a full-scale production through to an individual microphone set up.

The Auditorium can be used in conjunction with our café and kitchen to self-cater for your guests. The Auditorium is the perfect space for a conference day, wedding, funeral, school awards ceremony and so much more. It also features a “green room” with access to bathroom and shower facilities for production or performance needs.

THE CAFE

The stunning café space can seat up to 125 guests and is the perfect space to host your next event. With its abundant natural light, and contemporary furniture the café is an inviting space and is sure to set the tone for your event. The café can be used in addition to the auditorium or one of our break-out rooms, as a space to hold refreshments at a conference or special event.

If your event requires, we also offer a barista service to provide your guests with quality coffee and beverages. The café is well equipped to meet the requirements of your next event.

THE KITCHEN

The newly built space is a fully equipped semi-industrial kitchen, able to facilitate the catering needs of large and small groups. With two ovens, two microwaves, an electric stove top, dishwasher and two fridges this kitchen will allow you to cook up feasts for your guests. All utensils and crockery are provided which means all you need to do is provide the food – the rest is ready for you.

The kitchen opens onto our café through a server door allowing easy service to your guests. The kitchen is a great option for those looking to self-cater or hire external caterers and needing a suitable space to prepare.

THE MEZZANINE

The mezzanine is our upstairs space which opens onto a balcony overlooking Bendigo. The mezzanine is a great multi-purpose space which can seat up to 148 people. The mezzanine comes with its own kitchenette and television.

The mezzanine would be a great mid-week group space to suit the needs of many different types of events.

LOWER-LEVEL ROOMS & SPACES

Our multipurpose rooms are all on our lower level of our facility which comes with their own entrance, bathrooms, kitchen, storage, and foyer space.

They can be accessed internally by the upper level by stairs and a lift.

MULTIPURPOSE ROOM 1 & 2

Multipurpose Room 1 can seat up to 64 guests and Multipurpose Room 2 can seat up to 51 guests. However, with the option of configuring both rooms into one larger space, you can seat up to 115 seated guests.

These rooms are a fantastic multipurpose space with easy access from our rear carpark, and a small elevated stage. They are very suitable for playgroups, elderly exercise classes, professional development trainings and so much more.

MULTIPURPOSE ROOM 3

This multipurpose room is one of our more intimate spaces which would be perfect for groups who may not require such a large room.

With abundant natural light, easy access from the rear carpark and adjacent from the downstairs kitchen and bathrooms, this would be a great space for a board meeting, yoga classes or more.

MULTIPURPOSE ROOM 4

Multipurpose Room 4 is a great space with the ability to seat 50 people. This space is located on the lower level with easy access from the rear carpark, close to bathrooms and downstairs kitchen.

This space would be great for professional development training, team meetings, your weekly bridge group or more.
