Youth Alive Academy is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to grow in faith, leadership, and purpose. It’s where Higher Education meets hands-on ministry — combining study focused on youth culture, biblical foundations, and personal leadership development.

As part of Australia’s largest Christian youth movement, you’ll gain incredible exposure to local and global ministers who will expand your world view and ignite your calling. Designed with this generation in mind, the Academy offers a dynamic learning experience — connecting regularly with other students and educators across the nation. You’ll also complete field placement right here with us and then take all you’ve learned back into your local church and community.

The Academy exists to strengthen both you and your local church. For more than 40 years, Youth Alive has been equipping leaders, building strong and relevant youth ministries, and reaching young people across Australia.

With only one contact study day each week, the Academy goes far beyond the classroom — offering practical, real-world experiences that engage students from all backgrounds and denominations. You’ll learn from leading educators and guest speakers who bring both biblical depth and insight into the challenges facing today’s generation.

Throughout the year, students get to be part of Youth Alive’s major events, regional gatherings, and leadership initiatives — incredible opportunities to grow, serve, and bring lasting impact back to your home church.
